Content Management

Data directories managed by DCA are actively reviewed and updated by the DCA Data Content Management team. We can also provide a help desk to assist key users with locating and updating information in the directory.

The DCA Data Content Management team employs a broad range of procedures that include regular scheduled processes as well as proactive initiatives as required to improve and standardise the content available across the directories.

These data content management procedures and activities include:

  • email, fax, mail updates
  • telephone contact
  • deduplication procedures
  • scheduled data-cleansing and address validation
  • random content and/or quality checks

In addition, the Data Content Management team can provide a Help Desk for all key users (both those searching and those listing) to assist with locating information as well as updating information on the directory.
